Miley Cyrus has taken the world by storm! This teen singing sensation simply rocks and rolls. Miley Cyrus, born Destiny Hope Cyrus, is everybody's star. Fans just can't get enough of watching her on TV, dressing in Hannah Montana style, and buying her albums. Once Miley Cyrus concert dates and tour schedules hit the news, the craze is on.

Miley broke onto the scene as her alter-ego, Hannah Montana. Who wouldn’t know this character that played the life of an ordinary girl during the day and an international pop star at night? Everyone who knows Disney Channel simply can't help but think of Hannah Montana as well. There is more than Hannah Montana for Miley though. Being the daughter of a renowned music star Billy Ray Cyrus, this young powerhouse has got a load of musical talents in store. Miley made her debut in music on June 23, 2007 with her first album "Meet Miley Cyrus". This album, including her second album "Breakout" in July 2008, reached the top of the Billboard 200.

Miley Cyrus tours, concerts, and appearances are always marked with thousands of girls and a handful of men screaming on the top of their lungs. At the second Miley Cyrus concert dates reach the ears of avid fans, a thunderous buildup of outraging fans are seen anywhere a ticket is being sold. Tickets disappear almost in the twinkling of an eye, sometimes leaving behind desperate ones who ran out of tickets to buy.

Take for example Miley's 2007-2008 "The Best of Both Worlds Tour". Miley Cyrus performed both as her Hannah Montana character and as a solo artist. The tour was recorded to have the most in-demand concert ticket in 2007. Weeks before the tour, it was already almost impossible to get a hold of tickets even from scalpers. News had it that fans who were unable to get tickets were throwing tantrums in front of ticket booths. Even MileyWorld fan club members had a problem purchasing their tickets. Not until a lawsuit was filed by them did MileyWorld ticket masters give fan club members a special opportunity to buy tickets.

Not to forget when America's sweetheart celebrated her 16th birthday at Disneyland on the 5th of October. The celebration featured a four-song performance by the celebrant, fireworks display, and 16 giant inflatable candles. Miley's friends and fans who attended were estimated to be over 5,000 even when the tickets cost $250 each. Disneyland was closed for the enormous soiree.

Speaking of celebrations, Thanksgiving Day marked Miley's performance in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. She lip-synchs the song she wrote for the movie she is promoting, Bolt. She was one of the highlights of the parade together with David Archuleta. And of course, as you might have guessed, fans thronged the place.

For sure, Miley Cyrus fans are looking forward for "anything Miley" the coming year. The good news is, contrary to the rumors floating here and there, the Hannah Montana movie is due for release on the month of April 2009. Of course Hannah Montana will still live up as her true self and will continue to sing at concert tours by the coming year 2009.
